Your tasks
- You will lead and motivate your team and ensure a positive working environment
- You will ensure that all operational processes in the store run smoothly
- You will advise and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion and look after our regular and new customers
- Your tasks will also include preparation, follow-up, and support with order
- You will monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure optimal product presentation
Your profile
- You already have experience in selling high-quality women's outerwear and some initial experience as a assistant store manager (GN)
- You are customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You inspire others with your confident and positive attitude and high level of self-motivation
- You enthusiastically convey the Marc Cain lifestyle
- You have very good english or german language skills—additional language skills are desirable
